Your bike is really important to our mechanics. They understand it on all kinds of levels, and they care about how it works. But if they have a superpower, it’s their ability to communicate with you, the rider. They’re ready to listen to whatever you have to say, and are ready to answer any questions and explain to you how your bike works, and what it needs.
We'll get your repair back to you as soon as we possibly can.
Our goal is to get you back on your bike as quickly as possible. We'll give you a tight estimate right away, and either schedule your repair or take care of things while you wait.
Our bike mechanics are seasoned professionals.
We pride ourselves in keeping the best mechanics around, year after year. That means that we have a deep well of knowledge here on the daily. They love a good challenge, and are always happy to work with you and your bike.

If we can hear a noise, we can fix it. Our mechanics are experienced in hunting down and fixing creaks and clicks in the most efficient way possible.
Bike assessments are always free.
Bring your bike in. We'll look it over and make a plan.
We work on all non-throttle assist (class 1 and 3) e-bikes. If your e-bike has a throttle, please contact the manufacturer for recommendations.
A word about ebikes:
We love how many ebikes are out there these days, but we can't work on them all. We can provide service on pedal-assist (non-throttle) ebikes only
Ebikes from Trek, Faraday, Yeti, Ibis, and Cervelo.
Bike powered with Shimano and Bosch motors.
Unfortunately we are not able to accomodate even simple flat tire fixes on Rad, Pedigo, or Super73 bikes.
Bike Shipping and Receiving
Visiting Bend? Ship your bike to us and we'll have it ready for your arrival.
Receive and assemble a previously-assembled bike: $70.00 Send us a box and we'll turn it into a bike. We will also assess the bike and let you know if any further service is needed.
Receive and assemble a brand-new bike (never assembled): $100 If you bought your bike elsewhere, we're happy to receive and assemble it for you. Does not include throttle (class 2) Ebikes).
IMPORTANT: We schedule repairs 1-2 weeks ahead. Give us at least one week's advanced notice so we can get you on our schedule and avoid rush charges.
Simple Receiving: No charge
We'll receive your boxed bike and keep it in a safe place until you pick it up.

Pack and ship: $85.00 + shipping
We'll disassemble and box your bike, seek out the best shipping rate for you, and send it on its way.

Simple Shipping: $15 + shipping
You box your bike, and we'll ship it out for you via your requested carrier.
